Before we cover the why, let’s discuss the “what” of neuro biofeedback.

What is neuro-biofeedback therapy?

Neurobiofeedback is a therapeutic modality that uses sensors to monitor and provide real-time feedback on physiological processes. During a neuro bio feedback treatment session, electrodes are placed on your scalp to measure activity. At our clinic in Maitland (near 32794), we employ QEEG brain mapping to identify individual brain patterns.

The information we collect during this brain mapping session helps us develop a personalized plan for your neurofeedback sessions, along with possible at-home guided therapy options. The neuro-biofeedback experience will likely feel familiar to you if you’ve ever had an EEG.

We find that lifestyle coaching, structural support, and functional medicine improve the success and outcomes of neuro biofeedback sessions.
