Curious about the health benefits you can gain from neurobiofeedback near you? There are plenty!

Neuro-biofeedback can support not only those looking to treat anxiety, depression, ADHD, and PTSD, but also those looking to improve their quality of life in a practical way.

We’ll cover why neuro bio feedback “near me” could be a great option for you, but first, let’s talk about what makes biofeedback so effective.

What is neuro-biofeedback - near me?

During a neuro bio-feedback therapy session, sensors are used to monitor and provide feedback on physiological processes. At our practice near you, we use QEEG brain mapping to identify brain patterns through electrodes placed on your scalp.

This data allows us to customize your neuro-biofeedback treatment experience with guided therapies that sometimes include add-ons and at-home options. If you’ve had an EEG before, your neuro biofeedback session will likely feel similar.

Additional lifestyle coaching, functional medicine, and structural support also enhance the success of your neuro-biofeedback sessions.
